Returns & Refund Policy

At GetSKMEI, we aim to provide a clear and fair return process. Please read the conditions below carefully before requesting a return.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly upon arrival.
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size preference
  • Minor cosmetic differences due to lighting or display settings
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water damage caused by misuse (e.g., pressing buttons underwater)

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide order number and evidence (photo/video).
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Do not return any item without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If the product is confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

For other approved returns (if applicable), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

After shipment, cancellations are not possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
