How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Shipping is typically between 11 and 21 days. In some instances, it can take up to 30 days.

How do I create an account?

You don’t need to register an account to buy from our shop.
However, you can still create an account by clicking “My account” in the header of in the footer menu.
You can also see a link to register during your checkout.

How do I change my shipping address?

Click on “My account” icon in the header of the site or in the footer menu.
Then click on “ADDRESSES” to add your shipping address.

How do I track the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order by clicking on “Track my Order” in the footer menu.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No, since we use third-party gateways such as PayPal, we don’t keep your credit card information in our servers.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship to over a hundred countries worldwide.

Will my items come in one package?

Products are often shipped from multiple warehouses, meaning that different products from the same order, may arrive separately.

What is your returns policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Read our returns policy.

Where should I mail my authorized return?

Contact us first so we can provide you with our returns address.

How do I receive customer support?

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Contact our support as fast as possible so we can try to change it before your item is shipped.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

Orders cannot be altered or canceled once they’ve passed that 60-minute mark and are in pending.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Yes. You can always pre-order an item after it sold out and we will try to find it for you.
